1. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order if it has not been fully shipped or if all items have not been received.

- If the order has already been shipped or delivered, we cannot cancel it, but you may still be able to return damaged items.
2. Eligibility for Return
- We only accept returns for damaged or defective products.
- Sizing issues or change of mind are not eligible for returns.
- All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The returned item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- If you cancel an order before it is shipped or fully received, we will issue a full refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
You must provide photos of the damage and keep the original packaging for verification.

Order cancellation policy

- There are no restocking fees for canceled orders that are within the cancellation timeframe.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may be responsible for any return shipping costs associated with the cancellation, should you choose to return the item.
3. Refund Process
- Once a cancellation request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to a damaged or defective product.
